Never did figure out the fireplace which was one of the reason we booked it and we did ask for help but there was no response except for to refer to the manual which was no manual for the fireplace“

„My niece and i live 5 hours apart so we decided to meet halfway in Mentone to visit before she moved to Maryland. Easy directions, great location, short distance to Mentone and Desoto State Park. We loved the cabin! Very beautifully decorated and stocked with everything needed. The bed and couch were very comfortable for sleeping, plenty of room for 2 people. Kitchen well stocked for cooking. „This was an extremely difficult property to find, especially after dark. I repeatedly called the host and never received a call back. The instructions to get the door were incorrect, and we could not contact the host, luckily my husband said look under the doormat and luckily there was a key or we would not have been able to get in. The yard was not kept up at all. I will not stay here again.“
