« This hotel is in a great location—everything you need, from restaurants to shopping and entertainment, is just a short distance away. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, which made the stay more enjoyable. However, there was one front desk employee who had a noticeably poor attitude when we asked for extra towels, which was disappointing.
