« Terrible! No communication with owner. Flew in and were not able to stay. Contacted VRBO and immediately had returned and stay cancelled. Was impressed w/ service with VRBO. All I can say is: Do not book here. »

« The apartment I stayed in was not what was shown in the photos. The underground garage parking was nice and the air conditioning worked great. But I did not expect to spend every morning at the Starbacks a block away, because the apartment had no coffee maker, coffee, tea, or mugs. No hair dryer either. »

« The studio was very nice - clean, attractive, quiet and well-furnished. We had one question for the owner (how to turn on the TV!), who responded very quickly. Lots of nice treats provided, as well as suggested local restaurants, which we took advantage of. Street parking was easy. We would definitely stay here again. »

« Logement situé dans un quartier très calme. En proximité direct des studios Warner Bros et à moins de 10min en voiture des studios alentours. Facilité d'accès au logement et surtout très très propre. Le matelas du canapé-lit mériterait d'être changé. Problèmes d'isolation phonique entre les logements (notamment ceux de l'étage supérieur) et de la climatisation. Dommage que nous ne puissions nous garer dans la cour dès lors qu'il y ait déjà 3 voitures. En tout cas logement très agréable pour 4...

« A very nice 1-room cottage, perfect for one or 2 guests. It’s set back from the street, behind a private home. Secure digital door lock. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Mini-split is quiet and easy to adjust. Small but nice bathroom (sink & shower). Kitchen was clean and well-furnished - although there were no pots or pans for cooking on the 2-burner countertop induction stove (we didn’t need these, so didn’t ask for same). The fridge was clean and worked well. Joseph, the manager, stayed in touch...

« Great location! Walking distance to Warner Bros Studio and grocery stores. Short drive to Universal Studios, the Hollywood Sign and Rodeo drive. The only thing we had difficulty with was the temperature on the shower. The diverter valve likely needs to be replaced. But we managed! Bed and pull out sofa mattress were comfortable and the kitchen was wonderful! Kyla was a responsive and great host and we greatly appreciate her sharing her property with us! »

« Owner double booked us and we had no where to stay, they also did not want to issue a refund. I have 3 kids under 6 and we arrived at 10pm with people in the apartment that freaked heavily of cigarettes. Location is not near universal city like it said, and apartments are sketchy as hell. I would never want to stay here or recommend it. »
