„We arrived on a hot day -- the windows in the loft where my grandson stayed wouldn't open so the heat was unbearable, only 2 out of 3 fans worked, the porch was beaten up, torn seat covers, linoleum floor in bath was ripped and I tripped on it almost landing in the shower, torn bedskirt, no TV remote. We contacted host immediately and checked out the next morning. We did receive partial refund from host.“
