„There price was a good value for the rooms that it provided. But the place needs some up keep to make it enjoyable. The laundry room was full of dirty linen and the dryer did not work. We had a lot of rain on night where the first floor was getting flooded and water was sipping on the upper floor bathroom window. „Everything was absolutely amazing and as described. A great price for a great property with all the amenities you could ever want in an vacation rental. Very close to multiple beaches, short drive to multiple dining facilities and shopping centers, and less than an hour from the city of San Juan. A little hard to find but the owner does give specific directions when they provide the check in information. „The property was well kept and secured! I was traveling with my family for my son's farewell vacation prior to heading out for college... The kitchen set up was perfect for breakfast's prior to heading out for the day. There is a small grocery store on the road headed out toward the main road which was also very convenient for all of our needs! I would definitely look to forward to booking this space again if I'm on this side of the Island again.“
