« I have stayed in Laguna many times, but this was my first stay at Arabella. I booked the smallest studio, which was cozy, comfortable, and just perfect for me. Having a kitchen was so wonderful! It had everything I needed, and Pavilions market is just down the street. So much nicer that having to eat out the entire time. :) The garden is lovely and inviting, and it was quiet and peaceful during my stay. I never encountered management while I was there, but parking and checking in/out...

« This was a great VRBO! We’ve always stayed right near the main beach so I wasn’t sure how we’d like the location, but it was great. The view from the living room and patio was beautiful and so convenient with kids being able to go back and forth from the beach as they please. We would definitely stay here again! »

« This is the perfect beach house vacation home. It’s steps away from the beach and steps away from the grocery store. The people around were nice and helpful. The host was very communicative and checked in with us through text with us multiple times. »

« This cottage was very well stocked, comfortable and in a fantastic location - walking distance to stores, restaurants and the beach. The owner was responsive and helpful. My family of 5 had a wonderful time; we wish we could have stayed longer! »

« Location was great and place was clean and well appointed. Having 2 parking spots was really convenient. I live in Orange County and rarely go to the beach so it was nice to spend a little time in the sun and sand! Especially with the bathroom and parking close by. »

« This was a super cute house that was perfect for our family's short visit. It was clean, and the pictures of the property were very accurate - definitely a cottage! Location was walkable to shops and the ferry. There was a thoughtful welcome note and amenity, which was a nice touch! There was a lot of construction on the island, so it was noisy... not the owner's fault. Bring a sound machine, because it's a busy island! »

« Me and my family love this beach cottage! We had rented it back in 2018 and had a great time so we returned this year and will return again in the future. The cottage is right on the sand, 2 blocks down from the boardwalk, so you can easily walk or ride a bike to get to the pier or any of the many shops and restaurants. The only issues we had were: 1. The owner showed up and walked right into the apartment, where my daughter and grand children were getting ready for lunch, without knocking or...

« We arrived with instructions to retrieve the front door key from a lock box. We opened the lock box only to find it was empty. We called our host numerous times, emailed and texted. We never got a response. We tried to contact hotels.com with no success. We finally were able to speak to someone at The Evolve Team, which is the company that manages this vacation rental. After numerous calls back and forth they agreed to cancel our booking and begin the process for refunding our money in full. I...
