« The place is small, but cozy. There is parking in the driveway an on the street. The house seemed to be in safe neighborhood. The house is pretty old, but well maintained. The two bedrooms were adequate and the beds were comfortable. No check out instructions were provided, but the host responded when I asked about them on the day of check out. « Location on Oak St was perfect. Close to restaurants, the beach, shops. It was nice to have 3 bathrooms. Dishwasher was not working so I let the owner know so she could get it repaired. There were beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels, making our beach days easy. »

« This property was FILLTHY with dirty stained sheets one covered in hairs , dusty floors, even nail clippings in one bathroom! The air conditioning unit does not only not cooldown properly but is so big and on the floor right next to the bed make getting in and out of that side very hard.
