« Lovely little house, well placed tucked away from the main thoroughfare. Pub/Chinese restaurant, fish and chip shop and a corner shop all within 50 yards of the property. Center of Christchurch is a 15 minute walk. Owners are quick to respond to any questions. We did find the hot water system was a bit temperamental, however we were informed that it was due for a service. »

The house has been very well updated in many areas.The property is safe for children as two visiting grandchildren enjoyed the house and the sunny garden. « The bungalow is situated overlooking the sea at Southbourne and has some amazing views. Overall the property was clean and the beds were comfortable so did us fine for the couple of nights we stayed. However the kitchen is in desperate need of renovation/maintenance as its very 1970s and starting to fall apart. Similarly the bathroom could also do with some modernisation and the garden would benefit from some work as was looking very overgrown. If this was addressed it would definitely improve...

« Both Sarah and Ashley met us at the property and gave a very informative and helpful handover. The house is great, spacious and everyone couple had their own bathroom. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and plentiful. We really could not fault the property. »

« Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Really well equipped, with everything you could possibly need. Christina, the owner, was absolutely wonderful - got straight back to me whenever I had a question or a problem. We absolutely loved the garden and games room, but the house was also wonderful - plenty of room for all of us to spread out (we were 6 adults, a baby, and three large dogs!) »

« Our stay was great. Never stayed in a holiday home that had room proportions of this home! The only reason I gave 4 stars for the overall rating was that on the first morning, we had no hot water. However, impressed by the way that this was resolved within a couple of hours as it required an emergency call out for a plumber in a bank holiday weekend. »

« The house was nice and clean with lovely clean cotton bedding and towels, and lots of small touches left like toiletpaper and handwash. There was also a hot tub which was vreat. The hosts were very helpful and also left a folder with instructions on how to use items in the house and the Wifi code. We were staying with 7 adults, 2 children and a dog. We all had a nice bedroom ( 5) and had a great time. We would certainly book it again. It was fabulous. Thank you very much! »

« We chose this property because the excellent reviews, and we certainly weren't disappointed. For a 'three' generation family holiday it met everyone' s requirements - near lovely beaches, New Forest for walking, horse riding (which proved to be a great success) easy access to shops and pubs etc. The property is clean, extremely well equipped from kitchen facilities to cushions for the garden furniture. There is even nets and buckets for crabbing at Mudeford Quay. Helen, the host, answered any...
