„The staff was amazing and helpful and hotel was very nice with a good location“

„We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was beautiful and wonderfully maintained. The staff went out of their way to make us comfortable and help with our travel plans. Sorry that we couldn’t stay longer. 10 stars!!!!“

„We were contacted a few days before arrival for a free pick up at the train station and it worked perfectly. Upon arrival we were greeted very warmly and given tips on what to do with a good English speaking staff. The views are amazing. A lot to do for our 7 year old. The hotel staff also spend a lot of time with her. Overall great experience.“

„I genuinely loved my stay here. The inn is family-owned and takes great care of you. They helped me plan my trip in Zhangjiajie, order tickets, find routes, and recommend things to do nearby. Everyone on the staff were so kind, and it really elevated the trip experience. Highly recommend staying here.“

„Property was new and well maintained. Laundry facilities were excellent. Only criticism is that it was difficult to find the address on Didi as the name and address on Expedia are different to those on Didi (the local taxi service).“

„Everything was really perfect and lovely“

„Very beautiful place to stay in with very good location.love this place“

„Sehr schönes Zimmer. Sehr freundliches Personal. Kann ich nur empfehlen!“

„The room was clean and the location was great particularly for food and getting to the east gate. Hotel seems dated and is loaded with tour busses. So much so, it was difficult to get from one building to another. Go early for breakfast because it seemed picked over the morning we went a little later. Was a little loud earlier in the evening but it did quiet down and we had a good sleep. “

„Very nice and helpful staff. Evening snack was nice“

Also sehr empfehlenswert, man ist hier wirklich gut ...
