After checking in, she helped me sorted out my tickets to the national park, recommended routes for my sightseeing and the hikes/treks to take. « We had an absolutely incredible stay at this very charming boutique hotel. The room was very spacious, modern, and comfortable, as well as it being very affordable. Fei fei, our hotel manager and daytime planner, was equally incredible in her suggestions and for the way she planned our days and evenings exploring the national park and attractions in the city of Zhangjiajie. Il se trouve dans la zone où les guides et les agences viennent récupérer les voyageurs, ce qui est vraiment pratique. « The room was one of the better room I have had in China. The staff were all very kind and helpful. Not all staff speak English, but they were always trying to help by all means. They helped me with ticket booking and provided me with recommendations on where to go, which was amazing. The room was always being cleaned and spotless, breakfast was mediocre, but its not too bad. As soon as you arrive the lady in charge takes the time to explain the best routes to explore and tries to make sure to help you in any way possible. « James, the host, is incredibly kind and friendly. He helped me a great deal during my trip. I enjoyed free tea and coffee provided by him. He dropped me off at the east gate, purchased scenic tickets for me, and planned out my whole itinerary. Thanks to him, my trip to Zhangjiajie was extremely relaxing.
