Todo está en muy malas condiciones no le recomiendo a nadie ir a ese hotel la comida súper mala, mala atención todo fue una terrible mala experiencia necesito mi dinero de vuelta

!Wir sind als Familie mit zwei Kindern (10 und 12 Jahre) angereist und hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon und Meerblick in der 3. Etage. Die Kinder hatten Spaß im Kids Club und waren begeistert vom Essen. Es gab praktisch alles. Die Auswahl an Speisen war fantastisch. Typisch México, Pizza, Burger, Pasta, frische Salate und Smoothies….5 verschiedene Restaurants und 3 Bars zur Auswahl. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die ganze Belegschaft hat unheimlich viel für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt getan. Die Anlage ist groß und entsprechend sind viele Leute überall. Das hat aber nie gestört, auch wenn ich nicht bevorzugt AI-Cluburlauber bin. Die Poollandschaft hat den Kids gut gefallen. Der Strand ist sauber und der Ausblick umwerfend. Die angrenzenden Clubs haben wir nur in der Silvesternacht gehört, ansonsten war es eher ruhig. Das Hotel hat viele Annehmlichkeiten, u.a auch mehrere kleine Shops für Souvenirs, Geldautomaten im Haus und einen kleinen Supermarkt und eine Apotheke auf dem Gelände.

We stayed 7 days / 6 nights at AVA Resort Cancun. Overall, the stay was okay, but we would not return. The resort felt too crowded for our preference—you need to enjoy large, busy, high-traffic environments to fully appreciate it. Hotel was very clean and nice/new. There were several downsides. The pools and some activities like volleyball on the beach closed quite early. Finding a sun lounger was difficult unless you paid extra to upgrade, and even then, reserving a Bali bed required walking all the way back to the lobby. Beach seating was also limited, with very few loungers and umbrellas available. The resort is directly under a flight path, with airplanes passing overhead roughly every 5-10 minutes, which can be quite disruptive. Upon arrival, there was no clear introduction or explanation of how the resort works. When we asked for information, we were instead directed into a lengthy (around 2-hour) timeshare sales presentation. Service could be slow at times—we waited about 20 minutes for simple items like tacos, and it was often difficult to book restaurants or even get drinks at the bar. The resort also felt quite loud and overcrowded throughout the day. The water slides are noticeably smaller than they appear in promotional photo on expedia. Additionally, some staff seemed overworked, which occasionally affected the quality of interactions. In summary, while the resort has potential, the overcrowding, noise, and organization issues made it less enjoyable for us.

The staff was incredibly friendly, first impressions were extremely good, but it went downhill from there. Although the resort cannot change the poor weather, they can ensure that there's enough to do during it- especially as this is an all-inclusive. As all the activities were outdoors, days of rain meant that all guests sat inside and had to keep themselves occupied- hardly what I would expect from this level of resort. They also tied the doors shut/locked them due to the wind, with the exception of the front door and one single side entrance. I would not want to be stuck during a fire. The food in the speciality restaurants was overall very good, although the main-course portions were way too small and especially the Mexican-Japanese fashion restaurant needs to have tables added, or at least several smaller tables as there was always a long waiting list. My room was leaking water due to the rain and it took 45 minutes to have someone respond with towels, even as my room was flooding and my things getting wet. There were constantly furniture and beds being moved throughout the corridors and construction going on. Even with all of the above problems, I suspect many were due to teething as the resort is newly reopened. I would be interested to see how the resort performs in 6-12 months, although I don't know that I would jump to stay here again without knowing that some of these major issues had been fixed.
