„Clean room and very good staff“

„unfreundlich “

„Not a 5 star hotel outdated, worn down, old socialist chic atmosphere“

„I was very impressed with all of the staff that I interacted with as well as the facility in general. I especially very much appreciated the extra effort and excellent attitude that I experienced from the front desk staff. The room was very spacious and well designed for use as a remote office space as well as a place for rest. The breakfast buffet was excellent as was the sit down restaurant. I would definitely book a room here again the next time I'm in Almaty, which is probably the best ...

„Conveniently located to multiple things in the city“

„Kind staff“

„It’s quiet and clean . For its money it’s really good place “
