« Amazing hotel! Warm greeting and great drinks at their cocktail bar. Room was beautiful, elegant and I loved the decor. Breakfast was included and absolutely wonderful, loved the overnight oats & frittata. Will definitely be returning! My only slight complaint was that the steps walking down to Biltmore Ave. were steep, uneven and no handrail. I didn’t have any issues with them but it felt a little treacherous any time we had to use them. »

« The owner and the manager are incredibly warm and welcoming. The place is absolutely charming and everything is making you feel at home, and better! From breakfast to the late afternoon wine and cheese, it is like joining a club and sing immediately welcome into it. »

« This is a fabulous property! Complementary drinks and snacks for happy hour and a gorgeous rooftop bar and Italian restaurant with the most delicious food. I also had the best espresso martini of my life. The rooms were clean and beautiful with a great view of the mountains. The rooms were also very spacious. We all truly enjoyed staying here. »

« Brit was amazing when welcoming us to the Oakland Cottage. Everything was perfect in terms of cleanliness. The cottage as well as the room was warm and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious as well as the cookies we received upon arrival. I definitely would stay here again. »

« Very clean, smelt amazing, staff super nice and seemed to actually care that you were there, room was amazing with great views, pillows and bed were perfect, and breakfast was good. Coffee with all the fixings is out all day which was super nice and it was really good coffee! 10/10 would stay again. Paid parking sucks but still cheap compared to other hotels. Prefect location close to downtown. »
