« Tucked away with private parking, fresh eggs, visits from a sweet rescue dog, a pool, and great a/c. I even saw a small herd of deer in the neighborhood. We stayed for a week while in town visiting family. Convenient to shopping & only a short trip downtown. Gracious & responsive hosts. We plan to stay again when we return to Austin. »

« We were alittle skeptical at first of the water front.. but knew it has been very common because of drought that water levels have been low.. but it was plenty deep for my kiddos to play and swim. The cottage was perfectly clean, nicely decorated, and cold when we arrived. The kids enjoyed playing the games outside and I enjoyed sitting outside at night and watching the deer that made their way to the water
 we caught fish and swam. One tip I can offer is to bring water shoes and folding...
