This is very much out of the way. The car park to the front of the property feels like you are part of the conversation on the outside from inside your room. Perhaps much much better double glazing would help.
The digital access system is very useful but due to the heavy locks etc you definitely know when someone has entered or left the building. Maybe some door closures would cushion the sound.
The neighbouring property has steel ornate gates. Again perhaps some sort of rubber cushion on the interlocking part of the gate would help if the neighbour is agreeable.
All that said if the owner would be a bit more active in providing tourist type of information all the gripes could be forgiven.
Brilliant bus service from city centre and airport to right outside the property.
List of nearest bars in resteraunts in the old and new parts of the city.
Advertise the cable car 10mins away that goes to the centre of the old town.
The noise was a right pain but this place is in a great location but seems to be afraid to say it.
