Featuring a decor of modern taste, with plaster walls and floors in light shades offset by darker furnishings and coverings to create contrast, this home is a beautiful example of a luxury villa. Artwork is tasteful and accentuated by the absence of distraction offered by clean walls. All rooms are bright as they orient towards the ocean and utilize sliding recessed glass doors to open a space seamlessly from bedroom, or living room, to terrace and beyond.

We have stayed at Villa Pacifica multiple times. This is the only house we will stay at. The pictures don't do it justice. You basically have a private beach. You rarely see anyone. The pool is heated so warm that my kids never want to get out. Its a safe gated community and everyone is so friendly. We love going to breakfast and dinner at the Shops at Palmilla. The landscaping at the house is meticulous. The house is always clean and everything works great. The views from each room are breathtaking, we have even seen whales jumping from the views. I love the layout of the house so you can have multiple families have their own space. The grass area is so unique and makes the house feel like home. We look forward to booking this house every year.

A week in Pedregal Paradise
We had 4 couples sharing this villa. Total relaxation. The kitchen was very well equipped, the rooms spacious and clean. The ocean view became our outside dining area as the temps were just right every day. Just perfect!

Spectacular Property
what a gorgeous home in an absolutely gorgeous setting! My family of 5 had a wonderful Christmas week at this beautiful home. I am in the vacation home rental business in Lake Tahoe, Ca so I know a premier property when I see one and this home is definitely it. The home is right on the beach and the veranda with its pool and spa look right out over the water. We had the most relaxing time and everyone had their own bedroom which is great for adults. The location in the Pedregal was perfect...only a quick drive into town. I would love to return again!
