If this property is one you are considering, book it NOW! It is simply amazing. This review will not even do it justice. There are ocean views from every room. You get sunrise and sunset views. Although there is no beach right in front of the property, there are 2 beaches within a 10-15 minute walk. Cabo Connections that manages the property is so easy to work with and arranges everything. The staff at the Villa is second to none. Frankie, Pepe and Karim met our every need. As another reviewer said, the food at the house was 1000 times better than any food we could have had at a restaurant. The house was clean and exactly as the pictures show. There are multiple decks and patios. We had twelve guests (all adults) and everyone had plenty of room to spread out. Some spaces for people who wanted to be in full sun and other outdoor spaces that were shaded. When you enter the property, you walk down a garden hallway and down some stairs onto the main floor entrance. On the main floor is a huge main room where the living, dining and kitchen are located. There are also 2 guests rooms that share a covered patio on this level (both with a Queen bed and each have their own private bathroom). There is also a half bath on this level and a covered patio where we spent a great deal of time enjoying whale watching and sunrises/sunsets. All of this to say - this place is fantastic and we would have stayed if we could! Would definitely go back!

This is one of the most beautiful properties we have ever stayed in. We had a family trip with a large group and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The views from this house are absolutely breathtaking - really hard to describe or put into words, but every room has incredible views of the ocean. The house is spacious, quiet, and has great spaces for entertaining a large group. The pool and hot tub are perfect - so pretty! The staff really made our trip over the top! The food the chefs prepared for us was better than anything we had out. We had wonderful meals and great drinks. They served us beautiful breakfasts, lunch by the pool, and dinners with incredible desserts. They also helped with meal planning. They were friendly, helpful, and really made the vacation a complete blast. They taught my son how to make banana's foster and fun drinks, We loved having then around. Mike and Vale planned everything for us, from transportation, dinner reservations, a day on a yacht (our favorite), and multiple grocery store runs. They were responsive and always available - and we were a big group! The cleaning ladies came everyday and made if feel like we were staying at a resort. Also, location is great bc you can walk to the beach - about 15 min. If you are lucky enough to visit this Villa you won't regret it. If I had anything I would change it would be to have more king beds or rooms with 2 queens - we had a lot of boys who did not want to share a queen bed!

Our group of 15 women (celebrating two big birthdays) could not have had a better experience at Villa Lands End. The accommodations were exactly as pictured, and the views were even better. As mentioned in several other reviews, the staff was excellent - they were friendly, fun, EXCELLENT cooks/bartenders (recommend splurging for surf/turf dinner), and anticipated our every need. We thought about getting a golf cart but did not need one - the beach is a fairly easy walk from the property and the cobblestone roads would be challenging on a golf cart. We cannot thank the hosts and the staff enough for a once-in-a-lifetime experience!

FFC Cabo 2025

Our entire stay at the Lands End Villa was perfect. Our Hosts Mike and Vale did an excellent job with transportation, shopping and responding. The house was gorgeous with unbelievable views. Watching the sunrise in the morning, watching the whales all day and the sunset at night. It was perfect. Our Chefs Pepe and Franky could not have been better. Everything from Mexican dinners, to pasta and steak sandwiches. It was all delicious. Our group loved having sit down dinners and no clean up. Finally, the entire house was beautiful and clean throughout thanks to our cleaning ladies. I would highly recommend staying here with all the services provided. Thank you.

Lives Up To The Pictures + Good Staff

We traveled here from California for a birthday celebration. Karim and Frankie were amazing hosts; they made us laugh and catered to our every need. The property offers a great ocean view. One day, we rented a yacht, as the villa is perched on the mountainside close to the harbor. We would definitely stay here again.

From the moment I booked Villa Lands End, I knew it would be an amazing experience. Valeria and Mike were exceptionally responsive and communicative. They took care of all our arrangements seamlessly. The villa kitchen staff of Franky, Karim and Roberto were the best we've ever had. The food was amazing, their attention to all of our needs was perfect and their personalities added a ton of fun to all our festivities. The housekeeping staff was in and out quickly and quietly, so all our rooms were refreshed when we needed them. Overall, a wonderful, amazing, relaxing trip for our group. I highly recommend Villa Lands End to anyone looking for a luxury vacation spot!

Come for the views, stay for the amazing staff.

We selected this villa based on it's wow factor views, safe location, and famous reputation in Cabo as the jewel of Pedregal. We were a group of 13 and were blown away on arrival. welcome cocktails, a cheerful and welcoming team dedicated to making our stay incredible. The moment that your group walks through the dramatic entry the pacific views will take everyone's breath away. The pictures simply can't do justice to the luxurious bedrooms with their seating areas, balconies, and ensuites. The infinity pool juts over the pacific ocean like it's a superhero mansion. By the last day however, your stay will no longer be about the villa - you'll have a tough time saying goodbye to the team. Top tier chefs, servers who have honed their craft at some of Cabo's top restaurants, and concierge service that begins the moment you reserve. Thanks to Mike and Valeria who had the villa set up exactly as we wanted on arrival, from sleeping arrangements to food and drinks. Every morning, we retired from our pool parties to our private rooms, and by the time we awoke to fresh coffee and mimosas, the housekeepers had already silently cleaned the entire villa for us. Finally wow. Thanks to Karim Roberto and Francisco, who turn the villa into a Michelin calibre restaurant. Fresh ceviche using the fish we caught, a steak and lobster dinner that several said was the best meal they've ever had, and the breakfasts and appetizers were incredible, presented and served as pros.

Incredible place for a group

The house is ridiculous. The views go o forever. Spent the days watching whales from the balcony. Sonos in every room of the house. I came here with a group of 10 other guys for my bachelor party and everyone agreed it was the best place they’ve ever stayed. Starting each day with a clean house and some good food thanks to the house keepers and chefs was unbelievable. 10/10. Exceeded expectations in every way. Will absolutely be back.

Best villa in Pedregal

This was the best vacation rental I’ve ever had. We had a group of 13 30ish year old adults and we couldn’t be happier with our stay. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The house was cleaned spotless each morning, and the food and drinks made for us were amazing (I recommend asking them to make steak at least once while you’re there). Overall 10/10 want to stay again.

Spectacular experience

Villa Lands End is as beautiful as a it was in the photos, which seemed too good to be true. The staff was incredible-they prepared breakfast and lunch, and we had them make two dinners for our group of 11. The cleaning staff was also top notch. All the rooms have ocean views, and many have balconies. There is lots of space to sit outside either in shade and or sun, watching the boats and also watching whales go by. There are many fire pits around the property which were really nice in the evening. We would come back to Villa Lands End in a heartbeat.

'If you have a large party, this house is for you. Most scenic view from a pool you will get, house is stellar, staff is great to work with, and food was awesome. Chef Frank and Chef Karim were the bomb! I spoiled myself for a 50th birthday party with a group of friends, it made for a special, memorable trip.

No Better Way to Celebrate a 40th Birthday!!

Next level views, next level house, and next level staff!! The food was so delicious and something we looked forward to every morning. We've been staying at VRBO's for years and I believe there is no house that will ever top this property! Having each bedroom have its own bathroom and the Sonos throughout the house was a great perk! The pool table right off the pool was awesome and having so many big tv's for football. Not only was the staff great but the owner was super responsive. We ended our long weekend with lots of tears from everyone saying they don't think I would ever be able to top this birthday bash besides to just back next year!! Thank you!!

One level above luxury

The property is fantastic. The service was second to none. The food was really, really good. I've stayed at some pretty nice places but never been taken care as good of as we were here. We had masseuses show up and used sonos to put on spa music in the bungalo room for the massages while the rest of the house listened to normal music. We turned on the blue lights and had fun pool parties each night. We'd wake up around 8:30 or 9 to the friendly maid service having the main rooms and pool deck almost entirely clean. I rate this experience 6 out of 5 stars.

Fabulous home with amazing view

We had a great time celebrating our dear friends birthday! The chefs are talented and made delicious meals during the stay. The house did have a couple issues due to the hurricane weeks before and recent ownership transition. The site manager was very responsive to our needs and addressed significant concerns. The location of this property within Pedregal is a super prime spot! Beautiful views of the ocean and a short walk to the beach. There was a quick turnaround of guests for the team so the time floors were not as clean as we would have wanted. That said, overall a very enjoyable long weekend!

Literally the VIP Luxury Experience!

The house, staff, and views were are all 5 stars. The views were even better in person. Hands down the best vacation house I have ever stayed in, perfection!
