For planning purposes, the lower level bedroom does not have a bathroom- there is one full bath on the main floor and two on the upper floor. „The house was a perfect location and the layout was good. The top level(4th floor) is the living/ kitchen area. So the 3rd floor (primary suite & other bedrooms) could hear everything on the 4th floor. Poor sound proofing. Elevator was great to have. Had to call once to get unstuck.But , maintenance came and showed us how to reset and also fixed the broken kitchen sink disposal. They also had to come and reclean all the floors.
