« Our stay here was truly one of the sweetest highlights of our anniversary trip! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with so much warmth, kindness, and genuine care. The ladies were incredibly accommodating, thoughtful, and attentive, always going the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we need and made us feel right at home. 🥹💕 Unfortunately, I wasn't feeling too well when we first arrived after a very long 21+ hours of traveling. Their lovely home cooked...

« The hotel had no doorman to help us with the luggage when we got off the car. It was dim at night in the lobby, elevator and hallways to guest rooms. The air smelt like light mode in some places. There’s not enough variety for the breakfast. »

« Don’t trust the pictures, hotel and rooms were dirty there was garbage left in »

« If you want a unique experience, take a room with a lake view in the Horizon category. Horizon club means 1) top two floors in the main building, i.e. incredible view, and 2) VIP service with separate check-in / check-out and private lounge (with 180 degrees breathtaking view there). »

« Very clean facility, excellent location, friendly staff. The only problem is finding the place. The listing on Expedia gives the address but it is the address of a complex. The hotel is on the 6th floor. If you face the front of the building (looking at Starbucks) the entrance is on the left side of the building. Look for the big lemon statue. »
