« We found the property at a “last minute stay for one night” and wished that we would have booked this one for the whole week instead of the first one that we were in. The grounds were beautiful, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and even the simplest of things like the mini golf, were fun. Wished we could have stayed longer and played more!

« Lodge of the Ozarks in Branson had clean rooms, great hospitality and staff! However, the day we arrived it was 100 degrees and we wanted to swim. There was a cigarette floating in the indoor pool. Also the pool was in the 70's ! Way too cold to swim in with the 30 degree drop in water temp.

« The room itself was clean however pretty much everything else was disappointing. The pool area had no air so it was hot and musty smelling, plus the hot tub was roped off and said permanently closed. The pictures posted of the hotel are obviously very old and not recent pictures. There is also a hidden $100 hold they put on your account when you check in that doesn’t get refunded until 3-5 days after check out. »

« The gentleman at the front desk was very polite and helpful. He made our check-in a breeze and we were in our room in no time. But then again he was born and raised in Iowa so he knows how to work hard and have good manners. Our room needs an update of paint and some touch ups. The tub/shower needs updated with slip strips or mat so us old people don't fall showering. »
