« We checked in on the first day to find out the hotel was half under construction. We were never given this information in advance nor was it advertised in any way on the website or reservation. The workout room was closed which was extremely disappointing and again, we were never told in advance or would have chosen a different hotel. The one elevator that was working was sketchy, at best. None of the machines were working on our floor, there was hair in the shower and when I tried to wash it...

« The rooms are very noisy. We could hear conversations in the next room and when they used their shower, we had to turn the TV up... It was that loud! Maintenance was done right outside our room at 8a, which was loud enough to wake us up.
The room itself was clean but had a very squeaky fridge door and clanging bath exhaust fan, which they fixed after we complained.
The beds are very soft, so if you need any back support, look elsewhere.
It does have good recreational things for kids and...

We found (on our own) the cable seemed to have a short. The remote for tv in room 2 was not programed to the tv/cable box. We figured it out on our own. The rooms need a deep clean. The windows were nasty. At one point...

« We had a wonderful stay! Check-in was quick and easy, and the front desk clerk was very friendly, helpful, and explained everything we needed to know. We stayed in the family suite, which had plenty of room for everyone. The breakfast was excellent with lots of options to choose from, and the pool and hot tub were both clean and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area! »
