« It's not on the beach. It's near to the beach, but not on the island and you need to drive to get to the beach. The owner came to the rental while we were out, which was a bit creepy. They just emptied the recyclable garbage, but it was weird that someone had been there while we were gone. « This property was everything we needed! It was spotless and well maintained. Brandy is fabulous to work with and easy to communicate with. We stayed without a car and used the Suncoast Trolley to get up and down the coast for 5 each per day. You can walk to St John's pass for shopping, dining and boat tours. « Fantastic sunsets from the back porch!!! Only feet to be on the beach and sand that happens to be easy to walk on and yet still soft on the feet. A hose is located outside on the concrete for a quick rinse before heading inside. A beautifully done kitchen and bathroom with tile floors throughout. Parking couldn't get any better with a carport to shield your car from the Florida Sun and only feet to your door. An absolute 10 for value and ease of access. Thanks for having us. »
