« It was really pretty and the cabins were so cool, the only drawback was the listing said the paddle boards and kayaks were included with the cabin but the instructions said that we had to rent them so we decided just to relax and check out the water. Staff was very good about cleaning. Overall really cool place and definitely would go back again! »

« The Cottage is in a nice location back off the shared drive. Cottage smelled like a wet dish rag. I believe due to the window unit having to run all day to keep the cottage cool. The shower is very small and allows very little room to turn around or get bottles off the shower floor. No storage to put items out of your way if you are staying longer than a couple days. We liked the location and the fact we felt secluded even though we were only a couple hundred feet from the closest house. »

"Que dire !!! Ascenseur en panne donc obligé de prendre un autre ascenseur qui nous emmène dans une autre aile de l’hôtel. Obligé de faire tout un parcours avec nos bagages en passant par des escaliers pour enfin atteindre notre chambre dans un endroit désert de l’hôtel. Quelques ordures dans les couloirs… jusque là , tout va bien…. Chambre pas trop mal mais vieillotte. Lit très petit pour 2 personnes. Machine à café sale …. Baignoire pas terrible niveau propreté, bouteille de gel douche vide . Là ça commence à faire…. La nuit, tout se passe bien , pas bruyant, normal car on doit être les seuls dans cette partie de l’hôtel. Le matin on part faire nos visites de la ville. On rentre le soir….. Chambre pas faite, pas de ménage , les serviettes de toilettes sont humides car il n’y a rien pour les étendre. Notre poubelle est pleine car elle n’a pas été vidée , nous n’avons plus de verre pour le café et plus de dosettes de café. Nous descendons à la réception pour le signaler…. Et là on nous demande pourquoi on veut que le ménage soit fait et on nous rigole au nez . On part faire des courses, on revient et 2 petits tubes de gel douche sont jetés sur le lit… poubelles toujours pas vidées et serviettes de toilettes toujours humide de la veille. Et les ordures dans le couloir sont toujours là depuis la veille !!! Est ce normal ? Non … c’est inadmissible,"
