« The hotel offers large and comfortable rooms right on the shore of Lake Seneca, at a walking distance from downtown Geneva. There are very nice lake views and access to a beautiful lake promenade. HOWEVER, the lack of staff can be felt throughout the facilities. Our rooms (my party had 3 of them) were never serviced, even though we asked three times to have fresh towels and coffee-making supplies. We had to ask at the desk for towels and supplies, but the promised room service never...

« Rather strange set up. Reception is in the lobby of an office building. Lifts/corridors are shared with other commerce/offices...little feeling that you are in a hotel. The week we stayed the rates were VERY high, may be better value off peak. nice gym,, small indoor pool »
