From the moment I arrived, hosts Stu and Steph went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The check-in process was seamless. The apartment was immaculate, beautifully designed, and equipped with all the amenities one could desire. I still have problem with my deposit after checker out on the 3rd of august,I am still awaiting for reimbursement after 18 days,no Word even the desk said not suppose to exced 3 days. Now it's on manager hands after call. No reason the customers has to find out but the responsability of the Hotel administration to handle that. Await and See. »
