We really enjoyed our stay. The view was great, while the leaves are off. The balconies were our favorite places!
Didn't do much cooking, but the items I needed were there. And it really does seem to have most anything in the kitchen.
The beds were very comfortable also! Big plus for us.
BUT, if you need to stay connected to the outside, the WIFI isn't reliable enough. I only bring this up for those that think it will be strong. I just never found it that way. I was hoping to work a bit, but no way. I tried Slack chats and Zoom, neither worked well enough to use. I saw it only once as high as 3 mbps, but usually averaged 240-404 kbps. We only use wifi calling at home, but it wouldn't work there much. Big lag. Text with photos took hours to send. Tried to pull stuff down from the Dish on demand, only got two shows down during the whole week. But, if you don't need to be connected for anything major, it is there, just not consistent.
My other other suggestion is that if you are coming in, do it during the day. The drive up is a bit crazy for us flatlanders.
But easy to do, once you get the hang of it. And don't bring anything too big. We could barely turn our Expedition around.
Graham is a good host, and does a great job making you feel welcome and meeting your needs! Nice guy!! Keep your eyes out for the great birds (wow, saw some I have never even heard of) and the local deer. They walked right under the house one afternoon.
All in all, we would stay there again!
