« The place was great! Fit our party of 9 adults, 3 kids, 3 babies, and a dog comfortably! The kids/babies stayed safe upstairs in a very spacious open concept, and on the freshly stained decks with the use of some baby gates. Kitchen was well equipped with cookware, utensils, plates, cups, etc. convenient location within walking distance of the grocery store, restaurants, and shops. « We felt very much at home! The pool and hot tub were much appreciated. The home was well equipped and clean. The hostess was very informative, easy to reach, and quick to respond. We enjoyed the deck for our morning coffee. The kids enjoyed the built in porch area and utilized it for a playroom. Very satisfied! »

« We absolutely loved this property! Our group was two families, 4 adults, 17 year old, 8 year old (birthday boy!), and 7 year old. The house is adorable, very clean and amazing open concept living room/kitchen area with a large table that could seat everyone and more! Very well stocked kitchen, keurig machine/coffee bar/separate drink fridge area.The beach is a very short walk over the sand dune- led directly off the back deck straight to the path. Even in prime beach season, it wasn’t crowded...

« We stayed for a week mid-May, family of 5. Property was as described and pictured. Classic beach/lake house vibe. Plenty of kitchen utensils and appliances. New towels. Great pool with plenty of loungers. There is a very short walk over thru the dunes to the beach, right behind the house, the beach is very quiet and clean, lots of wildlife, crabs, birds....We visited some other beaches further north and this one was much cleaner and much less crowded. Maybe one group of people every 300-400...

« This was our first family trip since my siblings and I have had kids. Our parents and one grandparent were able to come so we had 4 generations in one house which was super special. The house exceeded our expectations. I’m OCD about cleanliness and was pleasantly surprised with how neat and clean it was. Vino is very easy to communicate with. We hope to be back very soon! »

« Spacious 2 bedroom with twin loft. There are 4 window A/C units: Bedrooms (2), Open Loft (1) and Kitchen area (1). Very hot when arrived because maids leave units off, but surprisingly COOL after a some time. Temp was very comfortable and I'm an A/C gal. Towels provided and Bed Made...awesome! Highly recommend. »

« My husband and son only care about fishing. This house was the perfect location. From the pond in the backyard to the pier down the street, I don’t think either one of them ever set their fishing poles down. »
