« The receptionist that welcomed us was awesome. Hotel is romantic and super cosy with the interior garden and terrace in front of the room. There was an issue with the kitchen so they took us to the place next doors for a wonderful breakfast paid by them. Very nice of the hotel. This can happen but the efficient and friendly way to solve the issue is much appreciated. Will come back next time we are here. Regards, Annelies »

« We can recommend this resort! Good service and good price. »

« People at the aparta hotel was super nice, price was super affordable, costumer service always there no matter at what time you try to go to their office within the building they always help you, their recommendations and their aid during excursions was also very very helpful, compared to all the other places around Punta Cana I wanna say this aparta hotel, was comfortable AC was awesome, cleanliness always on the spot, we are a noisy couple always with music on and we talk loud and dance and we...

« We arrived late but were still able to check in without any issues, even though we were advised that check-in after 4 PM would be self-check-in. The complex is secure, clean, and very well maintained. The rooms, bathrooms, and living spaces were all clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and having a washer and dryer was a great bonus. The only thing I would have preferred was having the towels changed every two days. The listing states that towels are...
