Hôtels avec parc aquatique à Lakeland - Winter Haven, Floride

« The receptionist at check-in was not the most friendly and avoided eye contact. We did not have enough bath towels for our family and had to call the reception to get at least an extra one. The next day same thing, we had only 3 towels for our family of 4: we called reception again but this time, we have been told to go downstairs and get the towels ourselves. « Très vieux, sent l'humidité mais confortable, la piscine était fermée. Bien entretenu mais manque vraiment d'amour »

« Très bien »

A savoir il n'y a pas de réception, première fois que je n'en vois pas pour le check-in, cela se fait comme a une aire d'autoroute. Enfin,...

« Parking was plentiful, Staff was very helpful and friendly - especially the young woman that checked me in (Allison??) and the lady that checked me out this AM. Both very personable and helpful!! The room did have some candy wrappers on the floor when I checked in, so really it could have been cleaned better, but towels, etc. were clean and soft. Breakfast was good - and enough options. »
