„We were more than satisfied, the room with a small kitchenette and fridge was very large, everything was clean and available. The reception was very friendly and courteous, we got a nice room. The car park was right in front of the house. You could easily unload everything. The grounds were very well maintained. We were able to use the free kayaks, watch the wildlife and enjoy the sunsets right next to the hotel. From the lodge you could easily go shopping and drive to Pennekamp Nature Park. We ...

„Stayed March 2-8 2025. Secluded property that is only 15-20 minutes from groceries and restaurants. Beautiful surroundings, great dock for reading and watching the wildlife. The lodge has plenty of room and is clean. If you're looking to get away from the hussle and unplug a little, this is the place. We'll be back again.“

„Gorgeous cabin in a great location in Astor with a flawless boat house that has ample space for boat/jet ski docking. Lots of beds and very well stocked. The only downside to the cabin is there is a slight hornet issue we saw 10 dead and alive on the inside and outside of the cabin. Also multiple showers cannot be ran at once as the hot water is prioritized to the down stairs so anyone showering upstairs gets room temp to luke warm water. “

„ – Pirate Paradise on the River!We just checked out of Captain’s Quarters at Pirate’s Cove, and what an awesome trip! The hist was very kind and very responsive. The only problem I had was I never received a email with a code or nothing to get in , thank gif the maid was there and even though she didn’t speak English she was amazing got right on the phone and we talked to the people and got right in , thank god for her .
