„Best to plan on not checking in early as you really can't tell if its available until the last minute. The key fab for entrance and parking was difficult entrance.That being said the places was beautiful, big open, quiet and location great and clean and quiet.The full time tenants couldn't have been nicer.“

„The property was nice and true to the photos. Building is centrally located for the Long Beach area, plenty to walk too. The condo is a little worn and only having one parking space was a bit of a hassle. Street parking was tricky.“

„When we arrived, there was a dehumidifier and taped down tubing in the master bedroom entryway. We also found mold behind the toilet, heading up the wall. Upon reaching out to the property manager, she wasn't aware of these issues and said she need to reach out to maintenance. We were moved into a new unit where we found more dehumidifiers and plastic taped off heading up to the HVAC vents in one of the bedrooms but no visible mold. „Although Properly close to Downtown and had a private gate and quiet neighborhood; the standard to be a 4 start rate property it’s too far away. Had Broken curtains, non matching towels, missing shower door, ants infestation, unclean refrigerator, unmatched silverware and pots and pans. Owner needs to do some research how to improve property values.“

„I knew I’d write this review within moments of stepping inside the condo. To say it exceeded our expectations is an understatement. As former residents of HB, it was important that we be near the beach; the condo’s location was ideal and having dedicated parking in that part of Sunset was ideal; a quick walk and you’re in the sand! „The property was delightful. It was close to the continuing center which was what we needed. It was a little confusing to find little grocery spots and stuff, but we figured it out. The rooftop pool was awesome and it didn't matter when we were out, someone was cleaning. I loved that. The door men were super accommodating and friendly. The parking was easy after I figured it out. The curtains were super good at keeping out the light and heat. The washer dryer was larger than other properties.“
