« We had a great time at Jacobs property, it was very clean and had a great game room setup in the garage. Couch was a little small but everything else was great. Private parking in the back of the house, always a street spot available, large kitchen and every bedroom was large so you didnt feel stuffy. Jacob had great communication and expressed his desire to continue to improve the property, so every stay should be better than the last. « Good, close everything, quiet area »

« Everything was great except for the fact that the sliding glass doors to the outside deck didnt have any blinds. We ended up using the roller beds and it wasnt a pleasant sleeping experience knowing that the other guests can look right into our living room. Everything else was good and it was an enjoyable stay, i would just either put blinds up or a one-way glass coating so no one is able to look into the property. »

« Checked in early with an early check in fee. Didn’t think that was necessary. House was clean and pool was nice. Need some more basic kitchen supplies. Pots and pans. Sprinklers went on at checkout time, so we had to walk through them to back our car. Maybe adjust them for a different time. All in all great location and host. »

« We needed a relaxing retreat from a very busy summer of work. This place was perfect! It was in an excellent location, the house was clean, the pool and hot tub were AMAZING and the communication with our host was super easy!! I would highly recommend this little piece of paradise, you will not be disappointed! We would definitely stay here again! »

« Came in for a 4 night stay--soccer tournament at Premier Lakewood Ranch. Location was ideal with grocery stores nearby. 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths was infinitely better than the studio hotel rooms we're usually stuck with. And bonus points for washer/dryer. This was such a great unit and provided everything we needed...including a chair to take to the game!! Hosts were responsive and the unit was immaculate. Will definitely be rebooking if we're back for next year! »
