« The receptionist was delightful!!! She was professional, and handling a delicate situation with a gentleman who did not speak much English when we arrived. She was polite and keep checking in with us! She never lost her composure, and handled it like a pro. She was polite, considerate, and smiled pleasantly the entire time. She was a standout person! The room was dated, and the carpet was dirty and stained, The bed was hard and felt like cardboard. Room not nice or to date. The hotel...

« The check in was great check in person was really nice! And it was smooth. The location isn’t great because there’s nothing really around unless you drive up the street. My room was 507 which was close to the elevators so »
