Luis, the house manager, went above and beyond—he stocked the house with our full grocery list and had everything put away before we got there. "Wir bekamen ein Zimmer welches nur Fenster zu einen Flur hatte. Diese ließen sich nicht öffnen und in diesem Zimmer hat es sehr muffig gerochen. Gegen Mehrpreis $360,00 bekamen wir ein Zimmer mit Balkon. Generell ist das Hotel eine schöne Anlage aber auch schon sehr abgewohnt. Es gibt keine USB Ladeeinrichtungen die eigentlich Standard sein sollte. Das Essen ind den beiden Lokalen ist nicht schlecht aber auch nichts besonderes (normaler All in Standard) Die Poolanlage und die Poolbar sind sehr schön. Das Personal ist meistens freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Damen am Empfang der Lokale könnten etwas freundlicher sein."

"Das Hotel hat uns insgesamt gut gefallen, besonders das Frühstück war sehr lecker und vielfältig. Allerdings war das Buffet am Abend eher enttäuschend. Ein großer Minuspunkt war, dass die Liegen bereits morgens um 7 Uhr von Gästen reserviert wurden, und das Personal auf Nachfrage leider nichts dagegen unternommen hat, obwohl in den Poolregeln steht, dass dies nicht erlaubt ist. Das war wirklich anstrengend und hat den Poolaufenthalt getrübt."
