„Amazing“

„Very well managed hotel with excellent, attentive staff. Excellent price-performance ratio. Centrally located with nice surrounding. Very clean. “

„We booked a room with city view. This however means that you cannot sleep as the live music of restaurants/bars are extremely loud. After calling the front desk 4 times we were finally offered a different room. Kitchen is not fully equipped - e.g. we only had one spoon. We booked the hotel mainly for the location and bc it has a pool. The pool however was open only 1 day during our 7 day stay - first the pool got new water, then it had problems with some chemicals. „We have stayed at this hotel multiple times. The last 3 times were not so great. Breakfast bar was minimal because of broken equipment (no fault of employees) for over a year. Elevator issues/broken elevators for over 6 months. Not sure if the company is planning a remodel soon or just running it into the ground and dumping it :( Employees are PHENOMENAL! It is rundown but the housekeeping staff keep it as clean as possible. It is a shame that they have to apologize for things that are out of ...

„The room was very clean and the location of the hotel was very convenient.“

„Very expensive basic room. Not super impressive“

„Very cool hotel, clean, quaint. The room was cute and decorated very stylish. Good location for the event we were attending. Communicating with staff was easy and quick responses. Only downside: late in the evening another guest was singing in another room and we heard it in our bathroom? Kinda creeped us out. Luckily not for long.“

„Großes Zimmer (ehemalige Fabrik?). Raum ohne Fenster“

„Room was clean and spacious. Coffee 24/7. Breakfast had plenty of options to fill thy belly. Only issue I saw was maybe the pool could stay open 1 more hour in the evening. Otherwise it was a great stay.“

„nice place“

„From the time I checked in, I had lots of issues. The first room I checked into smelled horrible and foul was moved to another room and when I finally got on path and ready to watch television, the TV did not work. So then I was moved to another room where the TV came on, but you cannot use the television guide. I spent two days in this hotel will definitely not go back.“

„The newly built facility for the price was amazing. The breakfast can be improved upon.“
