« Only reason Iâm rating staff 3 is because on my check out date restaurant crew supervisor wanted to charge for breakfast knowing it was included in our stay. Then he refuse to serve products on menu stating items were not included on our package although we were served those items our other days. Even though items were clearly listed on all inclusive MENU. »
« Really enjoyed our stay here. The property location is wonderful as are the staff who are more than helpful for recommendations. The beach a few meters away is also amazing.
However a few things to keep in mind:
At the moment there are a lot of works on the main road leading to all the hotels on this strip. I highly recommend renting a car not to be reliant on taxis which are expensive and can take longer due to the road works.
Take care if you choose room with pool view as they are noisy due...
