« We had a group of 24 (13 adults, 11 kids), and these 3 houses were perfect for us. Enough space to spread out when needed but also large enough shared space to all be together. The kids absolutely loved the pools; the pool heat worked even with the outside temperature in the 40s and 50s. The host was very responsive both before our stay and during. « Tiny house located pretty close to COTA, stayed here for a brief 2 day vacation. Very clean on the inside and out. Only reason I didn't give it a five stars was the upper bed is basically useless with how hot it gets up there by the skylight right now during the summer. Attempted to sleep up there by plugging in the provided fan but said fan would cause vibrations/echo up through the house, also tried turning down the a/c, leaving then coming back and upstairs was still very warm.
