« We had a great time at this house and it's mostly remodeled. Kitchen is new. Main floor bath needs some updating but overall very nice property. Its located 2 blocks from the beach. There are no beach accessories (chairs, umbrellas, bikes, etc), so be prepared to buy or rent if you need those for your stay.For management: the guests before us didnt take their trash out so we had to deal with the smell until our pick up date. Also, one of the pool drain covers is broken and you can cut yourself...

The sand in the backyard was a bonus for littles to dig in without having to go all the way to the beach for fun in the sand. Great location; easy to get to grocery stores and restaurants without having to wind through a slower neighborhood road. »
