„The hotel I stayed at was amazing, and I will return to it when I visit family again. They don't have a bellman because it's not that type of facility. Despite this, they assisted me with my luggage when I arrived and left. Due to my disability, I am unable to lift my suitcase either from my car or within the hotel. „Staff not friendly Room smelled. Beds really hard. The hot tub looked like full of pee and a weird neon green color. Breakfast sausage and omelettes looked like mircowaved too long and not edible. The waffle maker was great but line too long we left and got breakfast elsewhere. Worst part was all the people on drugs around buliding looking like zombies. We left after 1 night“

„Overall very nice. With a kitchenette, there was nothing in silverware, plates, napkins, tissue, paper towels or anything like that. Maybe that is unreasonable to expect there would be anything other than clean bare cupboard and mini fridge. It also had a comically tiny “dining table” (I am assuming that’s what it was?). Maybe 2 feet long and a foot wide?“

„We chose Hyatt because it was close to the airport. We had an extremely early flight to catch. I hadn’t noticed on the list of amenities they offered shuttle service to the airport. The charge was only $15 per night which was reasonable. They dropped us at the airport door. We called when we landed and they picked us in a timely manner. We highly recommend and will stay again.“

„Check in and check out were painless. More than ample 110 volt outlets as well as USB A outlets. There are no USB C outlets Lots of desktop space for backpacks, phones, paraphernalia. Overall very spacious, clean room Refrig, ironing board, closet with drawers, very large dresser sofa sleeper, king size bed. A/c works. Access door wasn't taking our room card key. „The first room we checked into was dirty, all surfaces in room were sticky. The second room across the hall was barely better. The room smelled like burnt rubber , there was a good 1.5 gap between the door and the floor, and bathroom sink had a big crack in it. The walls are paper thin so we spent the night listening to our neighbors conversation and that’s when people weren’t running up and down halls slamming doors“
