« Lovely clean rooms. Very quiet, despite a road being close by. Food was excellent and a wide range of options at really reasonable prices. Staff were really helpful, the guys at the check in, bar and restaurant could not have been more attentive. A great find and we shall return. »

The room was clean and had comfortable twin beds, with a gorgeous view over the village square and Middleham Castle. The welcome we received was warm and friendly. « I was nearly late checking in for food but the staff pointed out that there was only 15 mins left so I should get my skates on. Only 1 person on front of house duties but she was excellent running the bar and delivering food. Very polite and chatty. well worth the tip I gave her (sorry didn't get her name) »
