« The host failed to ensure that I received my check-in instructions prior to my stay. I arrived at midnight and was unable to access the room. I sat in the hallway for an hour while the vrbo customer service team tried at least 3 different times to get a hold of the host. Ultimately I was unable to access the rental unit and had to find other accommodations at 1 in the morning. This was after I spent 10 hours driving and was utterly exhausted. »
