« The house was basic and enough to get us by for an out of town softball tournament. Would be comfortable for a small family. I did not like that the deadbolt on the front door was broken. The only lock was the code panel. House is in a clean neighborhood but I still worried about security at night - especially traveling alone with my daughter. « The open concept of the kitchen, dining and living area allowed for collective interaction among the different guests and visitors throughout the stay. « Very comfortable, clean and inviting space. Was great to arrive after problems we had with our drive to area. We arrived several hours later than expected. Host was welcoming, gave great directions for finding location and the check in process. His son and wife were pleasant and also offered assistance if needed. We hope they will welcome us again as the location is perfect for visiting our son and family who live in Santa Clarita. »
