« We had a great vacation at this place. All we needed to do if we wanted something was to send a text message and someone helped us within a few minutes. The place was very quiet and the neighborhood felt very secure. Literally 2 minutes walk to the beach. Perfect »

« L'hĂŽtel Ă©tant Ă cĂŽtĂ© de l'autoroute, on entend le bruit de l'autoroute jour et nuit. En plus, il n'y a pas d'autobus ou de taxi qui s'y arrĂȘtent. Mais l'hĂŽtel est propre et il y a une piscine. »

« The apartment was very clean upon arrival, checkin was easy, (keys in a lock box). Lots to see and do everything within walking distance. The beach 5 min walk and a large grocery also 5 min away. If you have mobilty issues this place has 34 steps to walk up to get in. There was no housekeeping and no broom to sweep up all the fallen palapa grass from the roof of the apt which seems to fall daily. »

« From the moment we booked to the time we checked out, the Mamma Loo staff was in constant communication with us. They let me know about prices outside the stay rates beforehand, they helped me arrange a welcome bouquet for my girlfriend, arranged for us to have a grill dinner and took breakfast all the way to our kuchil ( thatâs how you say space/home in mayan). Bathroom was clean, dinning area was tidy and the room was nice and comfortable. My girlfriend loved this, she said â we should do this...

« The owners, Mark and Irina are fantastic host. Chef Derek is great. The place is truly serene and amazingly beautiful. The Glass house is very nice. Highly recommended !
My suggestion: Is to have a small microwave and coffee maker. Also, a dolly to transport the luggageâs to the suites. »

« Great location, attentive staff, amazing pools and beach, BUT everytime you walk anywhere on site, someone tries to sell you something. Its gets old real quick. I know they are just doing their job, but no I dont want a time-share (or whatever they call them now), no I dont want to pay for my photo, no I dont want to get an excursion, no I dont need to pay for a seat by the pool. I understand if this was happening on a public beach, or sidewalk. But this was at the bottom of the escalators...
