La Concha Resort, Puerto Rico, Autograph Collection
The clean room, staff, facilities, and superb location on the beach, and Condado location were all great; highly recommended. If I had to ding LA Concha on one thing, the pool water was too warm. I know it was the middle of January, but it was too warm. It felt more like a huge hot tub.

Condado Vanderbilt Hotel
This hotel was great overall! The staff is so friendly and have great hospitality. We got a room upgrade upon arrival which was nice. Condado Ocean Club - Adults Only
The workers were very friendly and polite! Amazing views from the room. Nice area to walk around outside the hotel if you want to explore different eateries and has a Walgreens right down the road! We even did a delivery from Walmart!

The location of the hotel was pretty good and it was close to many good restaurants and the beach. However, the rooms were surprisingly dirty and both beds in my room had blood stains and signs of bedbugs on the blankets and mattresses.
