« There was honestly very little to appreciate about this experience. We specifically booked this hotel because it was only a 25 minute walk from the festival we were attending. However, after arriving, paying for the room, filling parpersork and being charged a £100 so-called “pre-authorisation,” we were informed that there was no room available due to a bathroom issue. « Arrived to find bed slept in, dirty bathroom, no clean towels. Tried to get in touch with someone. Waited over an hour then just left. »

« The hotel pictures were good, but on arrival, it was clear they were not recent photos. All good until I discovered that cleanliness was not a priority. It was clean at first sight, but no on inspection. The bathroom was dirty from the last person, and enough for one to pass out. I did not see at first as it was a business trip, until I had time to spend in the room. I was not happy. My room might have been an exception, to be fair. »

« Personnel de l’hôtel accueillant. Chambre très mal isolé. On entend tout ! Les voitures qui passent, les gens dans la rue. Les portes de nos voisins de chambre ainsi que la portes qui lie au couloir claque sans cesse à n’importe quelle heure. Nous avons très peu dormi donc pas très reposant comme séjour. Sinon chambre propre. »
