„I have stayed at resorts and condos at st Pete beach, this is my favorite of them all. Quiet neighborhood and clean without the riff raff and traffic of other parts of the beach. You walk outside, you go left past three houses and you are at beach access ramp, three houses to the right and you are on the bay front. Restaurants, all blocks away including the wharf where we had dinner almost every night and paradise grille (on the water) for lunch and breakfast. Location is amazing. The studio/eff ...

„The place was perfect for 5 nights. Comfortable temp, even in this week's FL heat advisory. Roomy living area, comfortable bed/bedroom, & wonderful shower.The deck in back was nice, but with the heat and rain, I didn't get to enjoy it or the hammock. Host was quick to respond to all emails and is very polite.Absolutely excellent stay. I will be back!“

„We stayed here to break up our driving from our place in Ohio to our place on ft Myers beach.it is very well thought out. Clean and comfortable the bed was great especially after a long drive. It could be a normal stop for us. It had everything you needed thanks for letting us stay “

„Cozy and clean home! Ample amenities for our family of four. We did have to reach out to property mgr on how to access downstairs bedroom as the code to enter is different from upstairs. Located three houses from the beautiful beach. The heated pool was a nice touch as the ocean was too cold to swim. The Roku for tv in main bedroom upstairs is turned on and off by main light switch in room, just FYI. Three beach chairs and wagon provided for convenience which was great! Plenty of beach towels ...

„Lots of fun! Cozy house located right outside Sarasota! We moved our daughter to college at Ringling College of Art & Design. This home allowed our family to come with us! Even our frenchie! Jackie was a great host and went above and beyond, looking up public transportation routes for my daughter! Was truly great! “

„We have stayed here over the years and have enjoyed the perfect location to the beach. The house is a bit dated and needs a few upgrades but overall the house was very clean and comfortable. Please note there were no beach umbrellas supplied but did have plenty of beach chairs. You may want to plan on alternate shade options once there as the sun is intense and can be challenging. We would stay there again as the price was very affordable. “
