« We were very comfortable in this beautiful, immaculate, well equipped home. Location is great, about 1/2 hour from the main entrance to Acadia and close to the town of Southwest Harbor. The hosts were very accommodating and got back to us very quickly on the few questions we had. Would definitely stay here again if the opportunity presents itself. »

« Property is ideal for a couple or small family. Located off Main Street in Bar Harbor, it was perfect for walks to restaurants, shops, the Shore Path or anything else in the downtown area and also minutes away from Acadia National Park. The place was really clean and had all the basics needed for the week. The owners, Lisa and Rick, made check in easy and were quick to respond to questions. As others have said, this house is a hidden gem in Bar Harbor. I would definitely book again if I ever go...

« We loved this property! The only downside was the bugs. We were so busy at the park in our two days there that we didn't really have much time to enjoy the outdoors at the property. But it was just as well since it was buggy. »

« We loved this house. To say it was clean is an understatement! We were very comfortable here and would stay here again in a heartbeat. She was quick to respond and supplied me with every bit of information I needed before checking in. We had zero problems! »

« This place has a fantastic view! There is a huge yard right on the water with relaxing chairs. The patio has a picnic table and a great grill. The owners lived next door and had chickens and gave us a dozen really fresh eggs. The inside was clean and comfortable. New appliances and whatever you could possibly need. There were kayaking boats, oars and vests that the 19!year olds used. It was so much fun! »

« This house is in a great location & made a fantastic home base for us rusticators. We accessed the whole island easily, including bicycling the Acadia carriage roads, hiking Cadillac Mountain, shopping in SW & NE Harbor, walking to Bar Island, sand dollar hunting at Seal Harbor Beach, dining in Bar Harbor and an evening sail on the Margaret Todd. Handy maps & guides helped with planning our activities. Loved gatherings in the well-stocked kitchen which easily supported baking scones, prepping...

« I have always wanted to visit this part of the US and it was everything that I hoped it would be. This property has been thoughtfully and lovingly decorated and stocked with everything you would need. Communication with the owner was quick and appreciated. If you are seeking to stay outside of the touristy Bar Harbor yet close to all options, this location is perfect. »

« We loved the tiny house in Trenton. Everything was as described. The view was beautiful. At low tide the ocean is a bit of a ways out, at high tide it almost comes to the shore. The house was well stocked with spices and other essentials.We were 20-40 minutes away from most trails in Acadia. It is about 30 minutes to Bar Harbor. Ellsworth is only 15 minutes away and is a great place to pick up groceries. I highly recommend this place for couples. My husband is very tall and didn't love the loft...

« Wonderful stay! Great host and comfortable cottage with many thoughtful conveniences. With close proximity to groceries, restaurants, and free shuttles to Acadia (for humans and bicycles), we didn't use the car even once during our week long stay! »
