„Our room was beautiful, we even had a piano inside. Our bed had a really nice view of the little garden, where the open air onsen was located. „Very spacious and good location!“

„Beautiful location, interesting architecture in the forest, public Onsen and very nice cafeteria on site. Rooms are spacious. We stayed in summer; when we pointed out a smell in the sleeping room we were immediately offered an alternative room. A close look at maintaining small appliances would be good. Transport: We used taxi and buses (Hakone Freepass) to get around Hakone ; staff was very helpful organizing transport when we asked. Rich Japanese and Western breakfast.“

„Everything was great! “
