« From the moment you walk in the hotel is beautiful and smells so good! Front desk staff was so nice and went ablove and beyind to make sure our party was on the same floor. The food was good and reasonably priced. I will be returning. »

« This is a return visit to this area for us. We liked this hotel so much the first time, we decided it would be our go-to place to stay when visiting Asheville. Service is great. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The location is fabulous. And the rooms are comfortable and spotless. »

« Very clean, smelt amazing, staff super nice and seemed to actually care that you were there, room was amazing with great views, pillows and bed were perfect, and breakfast was good. Coffee with all the fixings is out all day which was super nice and it was really good coffee! 10/10 would stay again. Paid parking sucks but still cheap compared to other hotels. Prefect location close to downtown. »

« Checking in was easy. The young woman who was working the desk Saturday & Sunday evening was very personable. She wasn’t aware that we were in town for a funeral and was under a little stress, (even though it was was Valentine’s Day), When I addressed a situation, instead of brushing me off, she jumped quickly to find a solution. Her hospitality impressed me. Our room was clean and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. »
