« The staff were friendly and it was pretty clean. They had a pretty small fridge in the room that could keep very few things. The bathroom was very tiny. The room was fairly clean. Kept finding long black hairs everywhere. It was really hot in the room even when the air was turned to the lowest setting. « Right away, staff were very helpful and nice. The grounds of the hotel were well taken of with visible maintenance cleaning up and keeping the place very nice. Parking was easy, free, and clearly marked. Hotel location was very convenient for going into town. Breakfast was good but do wish there was more variety. We stayed for 5 nights and only the fruit of the day changing but did have other options like scrambled eggs, bagels, cereal, yogurt, etc. »

« Lovely stay in a beautiful area with a beautiful city view. Staff was very kind, specifically the bartender with red hair, I didn't catch her name, but she was fantastic. I only give 4 stars because the room itself was clearly not maintained well. The coffee pot when we arrived did not work (which they did offer to fix), the door on the dresser covering the fridge was loose so when you would open it to access the fridge, it would drop down a bit and you’d have to lift it to to close it back....

« Great location. We were on the 6th floor. The room could use an update. Toilet did not flush well. Breakfast was good. We were part of a large event so things needed to be replenished sooner which I would expect. »

We left a night early because we were invaded with ants. It was our last night so instead of packing up to change rooms, we just decided to drive home. « We got a room that had a Jacuzzi in the room which was on 3rd floor they had elevator or ramps which were nice.. room was date but so much space.. pool was nice Breakfast is not offered as website stated. Very close to walking distance to down town Gatlinburg. For food and shops I would def stay again.. great location no real issues »
