« This hotel was beautiful. The entire staff was helpful and nice, from the valet to the front desk, to the maintenance. They all greeted us throughout our stay even though we didn't use the valet or maintenance. We didn't see a use for the valet because parking was easy. « WOW! This is an incredible place to stay. Not only a beautiful location, but the level of hospitality here is top-tier. They greet you upon arrival and show you to your room. Offer to help with EVERYTHING! It is truly an experience unlike any other resort/hotel I have stayed at. You truly feel cared about and valued. « The staff is great. You couldn’t ask for a better location. It’s in the middle of everything. It’s great for parking. I enjoyed breakfast every morning. My only real complaint was that there was no hot water the last morning I was there. I mean literally none. They were working on it which means at times I had no water at all at times. »

« The hotel is off the main road through Gatlinburg. The surrounding area was remarkably quiet, despite the ongoing construction across the street. We walked to and from the hotel to the Aquarium, about 15 minutes. The park was easily accessible from this hotel. The hotel was very clean, the staff was courteous, and breakfast was the typical hotel fare. I would definitely stay here again. »

« Stayed with my family for a weekend. Had a lot of fun from swimming in the pool needed to be cleaned in some areas but had fun going down the slide to relaxing in the jacuzzi. To taking the trolly to town to seeing baby cubs outside the hotel. »
